At theStylishGem, we strive to deliver your products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. We carefully prepare every order and dispatch it within 48 hours to ensure it reaches you safely. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 days from the date of purchase, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Address Details:

  • Provide complete address details with house number, floor, street name, locality, and a landmark.
  • Ensure correct city, state, and zip/postal code to avoid misrouted orders.
  • Phone number must be correct and reachable.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free delivery on orders above ₹999.
  • ₹60 shipping charge for orders below ₹999.

Courier Partners:
Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart,  XpressBees, India Post, etc.

International Delivery:
Currently, we only deliver within India.

Cancellation and Modifications

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must raise an incident by filling out the order details (including order ID) on the Contact Us page within 1 hour of purchase.
  • If payment was made and the order is canceled, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 days.
  • Cancellations are not allowed after 1 hour of purchase.

We accept payment via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Mobile Wallets, UPI, and Razorpay. We do not accept payment through Cheque or Demand Draft.
